Department of Financing Operations and Quality Assurance - a unit in Vilnius that belongs to Swedish Lending Operations. We are a team of professionals in Vilnius that is constantly changing and systematically improving our activities.
With us you will have the opportunity to:
- Join a professional team and work in a successful, international company that listens to and values employees;
- Work with the processes transferred from the Swedish Financial Operations Authority, e.g.: administration of leasing and leasing contracts, changes in conditions, termination of contracts and other leasing and leasing operations, as well as administration and control of real estate mortgage contracts and other financing-related administration work;
- You will also have to learn to work with banking systems and documentation, which is in Swedish.
We hope you have:
- Higher education (can be a final year student);
- You are able to work in a team and achieve team and personal goals;
- You are diligent, but you are able to complete the work on time;
- Willing and able to take personal responsibility;
- You are focused on the customer and the quality of services;
- Has knowledge or wants to learn about LEAN and SIX SIGMA and other quality management methods;
- You know English well;
- Swedish would be an advantage.
