With us you will have the opportunity to:
- Together with the project managers, create sustainable relationships with the clients of the Large Business Clients Department;
- Participate in the financing process of business clients from proposal preparation to loan disbursement, as well as further monitoring of the loan;
- Engage in enhanced customer checks and advise business customers on day-to-day banking issues;
- Participate and actively contribute to the success of the team, ensuring the implementation of the most complex investments in Lithuania.
We hope you have:
- Higher education in the fields of business management, law, financial management, social or exact sciences (can be a final year student);
- Strong sense of responsibility, critical thinking and detail orientation;
- The ability to constantly look for ways to make bank processes more efficient, allowing to ensure an extremely high customer experience;
- Awareness of the importance of building relationships and the ability to control the process of implementing decisions;
- Willingness to learn new things and constantly develop personal qualities;
- Excellent English language skills (oral and written);
- Experience in corporate lending, fund management, factoring, loan administration and contract drafting would be an advantage.
