We are a general contracting company implementing multi-apartment, public, storage, industrial, etc. projects. large-scale building construction projects in the Lithuanian market. Currently, we are actively growing by expanding the portfolio of ongoing projects and we invite a Special parts works manager to join our team in Klaipėda!

WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:

  • Ensure proper selection and management of HVAC contractors (subcontractors).
  • Ensure the management of the project HVAC parts budget and construction work execution plan
  • Effectively plan and organize the progress of work and ensure control of deadlines
  • Ensure the implementation of the technological requirements of the HVAC part of the project
  • Perform design documentation reviews and provide optimization suggestions
  • To coordinate and control the participants of the HVAC part of the project, to solve the issues that have arisen
  • Cooperate with the client and/or construction managers on project management issues
  • Administer project documentation

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:

  • Technical education
  • Special parts project manager work experience in a contracting company
  • Analytical system thinking, ability to process information and provide own conclusions
  • Computer and MS Excel skills
  • Responsibility, duty, positivity and orientation towards a quality result
  • Willingness to grow, learn and develop while working with the latest information technologies.

An advantage if you:

  • Has a construction engineering education
  • Learn how to work with an estimate program
  • Able to plan using MS Project program
  • Know construction work technologies.
