Nature of work
- Prepare descriptive parts of project (mostly EU-funded) documents (applications, business plans, feasibility studies, investment projects, etc.);
- implement and coordinate projects or their parts, perform project tasks independently, including organizing events;
- initiate and implement reconstruction projects in Ukraine;
- analyze opportunities, initiate projects, attracting Lithuanian, EU and/or other funds for joint projects;
- establish and maintain relations with project partners;
- collect and accumulate project-related information, prepare reports as needed and communicate with interested parties.
We hope
- higher university education;
- at least 1 year of experience in preparing EU-funded projects, investment projects or working with EU-funded projects;
- experience and desire to prepare feasibility studies, project applications for financing;
- ability to apply project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc.) and tools in practice;
- ability to prepare documents in English;
- communication, public speaking skills;
- knowledge of the Ukrainian language is an advantage.
