Nature of work
- Organization and maintenance of installation works of water supply and sewage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HV and HVAC) systems;
- Planning, coordination and supervision of ongoing projects in construction facilities;
- Compliance with the quality of work, deadlines, budgets;
- Communication with customers, designers, contractors and other interested parties;
- Preparation and management of technical documentation;
- Proper selection of subcontractors and their management;
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental requirements.
Employee requirements
- Higher engineering education;
- Experience in the field of plumbing and sewage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HV and HVAC) installation works, at least 2 years;
- Orientation to the result, the ability to quickly absorb information and use it effectively;
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills;
- Ability to independently organize one's activities, solve problems, make decisions;
- Spec. certificate of construction manager;
- category B driver's license;
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
