Work experience as a specialist construction manager (heating-ventilation, water supply and sewage)
Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, construction processes, legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, construction work regulations;
Independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative;
Driver's licence B category;
Higher/higher technical - engineering education;
Good computer skills;
Responsibility and ability to solve problems.
