About:
Accounting team in Cognizant Technology Solutions Lithuania is looking for a collaborative, communicative and experienced person in accountant position.
The team is handling 4 countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Czech and Slovakia.
The team is handling 4 countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Czech and Slovakia.
You can expect to:
- Perform day-to-day procedures according to process flow, timeline, service and quality requirements
- Perform reconciliations, clearings and closing tasks e.g. Accruals
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities
- Help of annual audits and financial statements
- Check and review expense reports and business trips, provide related support
- Prepare statistic and other local reports
- Review and help the team with accruals, vacation calculation and similar
- Support/advise employees in finance questions
We expect You to:
- Have very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian language
- Have minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting
- Have good finance and accounting skills, knowledge of local laws and legislation
- Have very good time management skills
- Have good communication skills
- Have MS office knowledge (advanced level in Excel is a plus)
