UAB AR-STUDIO produces non-standard interior wooden doors, modern and classic (with veneer). Modern door technology is produced on the basis of standard time-tested nodes. We produce doors with acoustics up to 43Db.
Production starts from a single cutting board to painting. Operations performed in door production depend on the order:
Working in a team of 4-5 people.
Looking for a carpenter who could accompany the product during the entire cycle (it is not necessary to pay for all operations, such as pressing or working with CNC). Intelligent door production technology. Could use basic woodworking machines (planing, reaming, circular saw, milling machine). Able to distribute tasks as needed (not a primary position). Easy to contact the team. It would be possible to monitor whether there were no changes from the drawings during production. Contact the production manager in the event of deviations or problems.

- Wood processing. Production of primary preparations;
- Gluing wood.
- Pressing;
- Sewing a shell shirt if needed. Gluing the shell on the panel;
- Hinges and other fittings are milled by CNC machines.
- Assembly after painting;

Employee requirements
- Knowledge of wood properties, knowledge of different types of wood;
- Ability to read and understand drawings;
- Ability to use basic woodworking machines;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to communicate clearly with management staff about emerging problems;
- Independence;
