- Implement and initiate the application of LEAN and other continuous improvement practices in improving and standardizing value-creating processes
- Ensure preparation and visualization of production efficiency/improvement system documentation in the company
- Monitor processes and provide detailed analysis for operational optimization and standard implementation
- Prepare standardized work instructions
- Organization of workshops for all employees of the company
- I coordinate the development of continuous improvement methodologies and their adherence
- Helping and assisting colleagues in developing the implementation of Lean methods and their timely support and coordination
- Lean methods data analytics preparation and reports
- Foster the company's values in their activities, promote efficient joint work of departments
- Providing insights and suggestions regarding the implementation of operational changes based on Lean principles and advising the organization on Lean issues.
We hope you:
- You have obtained a university or higher education (you can be a final year student, and if you study in the field of technology/engineering/economics/management/quality sciences - we would consider it a great advantage, but not necessary)
- Has excellent skills in working with MS Office package
- You know the principles of LEAN or other continuous improvement methodologies and have implemented them (a big advantage)
- You have a desire to learn, improve and gain more knowledge
- You are a creative, proactive and result-oriented person
- Learn to work responsibly, systematically and in cooperation with a team
