Nature of work:
We are looking for a Structural Construction Technical Maintenance Manager to ensure the structural construction technical maintenance functions of the passenger station reconstruction works:
- Perform general and special technical supervision of general and special building construction works;
- control contractors and subcontractors, coordinate the calendar work schedules prepared by the contractors;
- to coordinate the technological project of construction works prepared by the contractors, technological cards and the work project;
- control that during the performance of the works, the requirements stipulated in the contract of the contract are complied with, not to cause interference with the continuous activity of AB "Smiltyňes perkėla" and the access of passengers and vehicles from the waiting areas to the ferries and from the ferries to the departure areas, as well as not to interfere with the implementation of other ongoing projects;
- control compliance with the requirements of work safety and health, fire safety, environmental protection, ecology, waste management;
- participate in commissioning and tuning works and carry out technical supervision of these works;
- to ensure that the contractors perform building tightness measurements and energy efficiency certification, prepare the building's technical - energy passport, as well as provide technical documentation of devices and engineering systems;
- together with the contractors, prepare the documents necessary for the construction completion procedures;
- control the filling of construction work journals;
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of construction engineering;
- work experience in the field of construction or infrastructure maintenance;
- knowledge of construction processes and principles of general contracting;
- ability to ensure work safety and environmental protection requirements and possession of valid certificates;
- granted the right to perform the duties of the technical maintenance manager of the construction of a special structure;
- granted the right to hold the position of technical maintenance manager of a special structure for special construction works.

- A fixed-term employment contract until the completion of the reconstruction works of the transport building, passenger station;
