Management of construction works in facilities;
Cooperation with clients on construction work management issues;
Control of work performance schedules;
Ordering materials to the supply manager or directly from material suppliers;
Ensure efficient use of materials and mechanisms;
Ensure the safety and quality of work at the site;
Preparation of technical construction documentation and reports.

Higher education in construction engineering;
Certificate of qualification, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure.
Construction works manager experience;
Ability to work with a computer;
Ability to lead a team of employees;
Organization of work;
Driver's licence B category).
Knowledge of English is an advantage.
