Preparation, completion and examination of construction project documentation in Swedish facilities (Skone, Gothenburg, Stockholm regions);
Preparation of the work schedule and budget of the construction site, work organization and quality control.
Efficient and prompt solution of issues related to building construction;
Cooperation with construction managers and employees of company departments;
Control of contractual obligations, budget execution;
Continuous process improvement is an integral part of the job.

Employee requirements
Higher education in the field of construction;
Certificate of the special structure construction manager;
Knowledge of the construction process, experience of similar work;
Organizational, planning, delegation, prioritization and demanding skills;
Computer literacy (AutoCAD, Tekla Structures - an advantage);
Knowledge of foreign languages (English, Swedish - an advantage).
