Building Construction Manager

Effective planning, organization and maintenance of the progress of construction works at the construction site
Management of workers at the construction site - distribution of ongoing work, control of the quality of their performance and compliance with the schedule
Structural construction cost control, ensuring effective resource management
Effective communication with project managers and construction managers in the administration of acts of completed works
Ensuring the safety and health of employees, compliance with fire safety requirements in the construction facility
Ensuring compliance with construction site regulations
Preparation of documentation related to construction execution and maintenance

You have a university degree (in the field of construction).
You have at least 5 years of successful work experience in an analogous or similar position
You have a certificate of qualification entitling you to the position of a special construction manager
We would consider it a great advantage if you have a certificate as a Structural Construction Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator
You know technological and general construction processes
You are able to analyze and evaluate projects and technical documentation
You plan, organize and manage activities well, you are characterized by responsibility, independence, cooperation and result orientation
You are able to manage complex situations, make quick decisions
You are free to work with basic MS Office programs, AutoCAD program

From 4000 €/mon. gross
The salary depends on the competence and experience of the candidate.
