WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Planning, organizing and controlling work at the construction site
- Coordinating and controlling the workflow of employees and subcontractors
- Constant communication with contractors, employees, technical supervisors, etc. construction participants
- Determining, ordering and controlling the need for resources and materials
- Ensuring general order at the construction site
- Periodic submission of acts of completed works, write-off of materials and other reports
- Consulting other project teams if needed
- Involvement in the development of project management strategies.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Higher engineering education
- Construction manager experience >3 years.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strategic thinking, ability and desire to share available knowledge with others
- The mentality of an A-level player, where the most important thing is professionalism and teamwork
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with partners
- Initiative, responsibility and ownership for available projects.
