Together with the team, you will take care of the property - I will organize the maintenance of static engineering systems (water supply, fire protection system, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.):
- You will compile a list of available systems, organize their maintenance according to the periodicity and requirements established by legal acts;
- Prepare technical specifications, work orders, organize public procurement and conclusion of contracts, the arrival of contractors, supervise construction and repair work, decide on the quality of the work performed, compliance of estimates with market prices, i.e. t.;
- I will organize and control the implementation of services provided by suppliers, and you will be responsible for accepting the services provided or the work performed;
- You will manage the accounts and check their compliance with the work performed.
To be successful, you will need:
- Higher or higher technical education;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position of maintenance of construction, buildings, engineering systems;
- Good computer and MS Office skills;
- Knowledge of public procurement processes;
- Independence, honesty, orientation to the result, organization, initiative, communication, mobility and ability to work in a team;
- Driver's license (category B).
