Nature of work
- Organization and execution of permanent monitoring of buildings, seasonal and extraordinary inspections;
- Initiation and organization of building condition improvement and defect removal works;
- Compilation of defective acts, recommendations;
- Preparation and filling of the technical maintenance documentation of the barrels.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in the field of construction sciences;
- Work experience in the position of manager of the main area of technical activity;
- A valid qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of a special structure construction manager and a special structure construction technical maintenance manager;
- Computer skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Driver's license;
