- UAB „EWCON“
Nature of works:
- Performing the functions of a structural construction manager/construction works manager (in the fields of concreting, g/b and metal structures construction and installation);
- Leading a group of subordinate employees and organizing work in designated construction sites;
- Preparation, filling and management of technical construction documentation;
- Administration of signed contracts;
- Ensuring the quality of work performed, work safety and fire safety in designated construction facilities;
- Solving technical issues with construction participants;
- Ordering and control of construction products and services.
Employee requirements:
- Higher education in construction engineering;
- Certificate of qualification allowing to perform the duties of a structural construction manager (may be an advantage)
- Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, construction processes, LR legal acts and construction work regulations;
- Ability to understand and evaluate design and technical documentation;
- Good knowledge of the construction sector, construction processes and technologies;
- Independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative, ability to make decisions independently and in a timely manner;
- Quick orientation to changes, technical and analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility.
- Driver's licence B category;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft 365, Autocad, BIM);
- Knowledge of Russian and English (advantage).
