Nature of work
Check that the construction works are carried out according to the construction project;
Control the quality of construction products and equipment used during construction;
Check the quality of the completed construction works and the actual quantities of the completed works;
Control the technology and consistency of construction works;
Inspect and accept hidden construction works and hidden structure structures;
Sign (endorse) acts of construction works;
Participate in the testing and acceptance of engineering networks, devices, etc. as suitable for use;
Execution of technical maintenance of general and special works of structural construction in accordance with STR 1.06.01: 2016,
Management, coordination and control of defects and work-in-progress,
Coordination and control of warranty and Defect removal works,
Monitoring the execution of the work schedule,
A report on the progress of the project is provided once a month.

Be more than 3 years old. seniority in construction work tech. performance of maintenance;
Responsibility, independence;
Place of work: all of Lithuania (inclusive);
To have, possible certificates (including located in the territory of the cultural heritage object, its protection zone, cultural heritage area) the position of a special structure construction maintenance manager, no electricity is required.
Be more than 3 years old. seniority in construction work tech. performance of maintenance;

Place of work: all of Lithuania (inclusive);
