Nature of work
- Communication with customers of modular houses;
- Compilation of defect reports, repair of defects, delivery of corrected defects to the customer;
- Organization and control of modular house delivery, unloading, installation on installed foundations, house (from two parts) connection works;
- Organization and control of finishing works;
- Organization and control of installation of foundations (drilled simple piles);
- Signing of the final act with the customer;
- Performance of warranty work.
Employee requirements
- German language is necessary;
- Russian language (advantage);
- Work experience in house construction and finishing works;
- Reading drawings;
- Understanding and working with: estimates, acts of completed works, defective acts, work assignment procedures;
- Business trips 60 percent. time to Germany.
