Nature of work
- Manage several different teams of employees in one or different facilities;
- Distribute work to subordinate employees;
- Coordinate, lead and be responsible for team results;
- Coordinate the progress of the project, coordinate schedules;
- Organize and plan the site team's work;
- To control the quality of the performed works, their progress, to carry out control measurements, to monitor that the works are - carried out in accordance with the project, technical construction regulations;
- To organize the correct technical operation of construction equipment and other means of production, their maintenance and repair.
Employee requirements
- Experience in construction projects (experience with wood preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Excellent work planning and organization skills, negotiation skills;
- Initiative, focusing on high-quality and timely performance of work;
- Good English/Norwegian language is an advantage;
