Organization of ongoing environmental management, engineering networks (outdoor, water supply and sewage) construction works and quality assurance of the completed works;
Management of a team of employees, distribution of work, keeping records of employees' work;
Coordination of works performed by subcontractors;
Compilation of work performance schedules and control of their execution according to established deadlines;
Cost control of the construction object;
Organization of material supply, quality and quantity control;
Making decisions about the use of mechanisms and other equipment;
Coordination of technical issues with customers, attachment of completed works, preparation and filling of documentation;
Ensuring compliance with work safety requirements.
Employee requirements
Higher technical education in the field of construction engineering;
3 or more years of experience as a construction manager;
Certificate of qualification entitling to perform the position of construction manager (advantage);
Russian language;
Driver's license.
