Nature of work
- Supervise construction works in designated facilities and ensure their timely completion:
- Organize and control the construction work performed by the workers on the site;
- To ensure the quality of construction works in accordance with technological requirements;
- Fill in the documentation related to the execution and maintenance of construction works;
- Ensure compliance with worker safety and health, fire safety requirements in the construction facility;
- To control the quantities of materials and completed work, to prepare acts of completed work;
- Accept, transfer the work front, completed works, construction documentation according to the procedure established by the company;
- Fill out time sheets and payroll;
- Carry out write-offs of materials;
- The ability to learn the principles/methodology of BIM projects, to use the information of BIM models in your daily activities.
Employee requirements
- Higher/advanced engineering education;
- Work experience of construction works manager;
- Knowledge of construction works;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Organizational abilities, responsibility, initiative, ambition;
- Ability to work independently and manage teams.
An advantage
- Experience in large-scale construction projects, worker management.
- Employee safety and health, fire safety certificates;
- Lifting crane manager's certificate.
