WHAT TASKS WOULD AWAIT YOU:

WHAT TASKS WOULD AWAIT YOU:
- Construction work coordination and team management, quality assurance;
- Project schedule tracking, resource allocation and planning;
- Communication with the internal team and other construction participants on the construction site;
- Working with project documentation.
AF GRUPPEN OFFERS:
- Clear structure and host team - there are no unnecessary processes in the company, each task is assigned with clear boundaries of responsibilities ensuring a smooth process. You will work in a team together with experienced specialists who will help in case of questions;
- Travel, accommodation, all tools necessary for work are paid for;
- Health insurance both when working in Norway and Lithuania;
- Work schedule: working on a 3+1 schedule, when 3 weeks are spent in Norway, and the fourth week is on standby in Lithuania;
- Position remuneration 450EUR gross + part of the annual remuneration accumulates in the pension fund;
- 25 vacation days;
- If there is a need - trips on weekends together with the team.
WE HOPE YOU HAVE:
- Higher education in Building Energy, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar studies;
- Having accumulated at least 2 years of experience working with the HVAC part in construction management;
- Has good organizational and communication skills;
- You know English well (B1-B2);
- Has a category B driver's license.
