Main responsibilities:
- Organization of works in construction objects in progress;
- Control of the quality and deadlines of the work in progress;
- Ensuring work and fire safety requirements in construction facilities;
- Management of workers in construction facilities;
- Preparation of technical documentation and work reports;
- Solving technical issues with customers and designers.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education in the field of construction engineering;
- Qualification certificate of construction works manager;
- At least 2 years of work experience as a construction manager;
- Independence and organizational skills;
- Responsibility, attention to details;
- Ability to act in stressful situations and effectively solve the issues;
- Driver's licence B category);
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge of the Russian language (advantage).
