Nature of work

Supervise aluminum facade (installation) works in designated facilities and ensure their completion on time:
  • Organize and control construction work performed by workers and subcontractors at the site. Ensure execution of work according to the schedule;
  • To ensure the quality of construction works in accordance with technological requirements;
  • Fill out the documentation related to the execution and maintenance of construction works;
  • Ensure compliance with worker safety and health, fire safety requirements in the construction facility;
  • To control the quantities of materials and completed work, to prepare acts of completed work;
  • Accept, transfer the work front, completed works, construction documentation according to the procedure established by the company;
  • Fill in time sheets and salary sheets;
  • Execute material orders;
  • Carry out material write-offs.

Employee requirements

  • Higher/advanced engineering education;
  • Work experience of construction works manager;
  • Knowledge of construction works;
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
  • Organizational abilities, responsibility, initiative, ambition;
  • Ability to work independently and manage teams;

Advantage

  • Work experience in planning and organizing aluminum facade installation works;
  • Employee safety and health, fire safety certificates;
  • Lifting crane work manager's certificate;
  • Certificate of construction manager.
