UAB "INDASTA" is looking for a motivated and experienced construction manager to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for smooth planning and organization of works in construction facilities, preparation of necessary documentation, control of subcontractors in the facility.
Nature of work
- Organization of construction works and supervision and control of compliance with the quality and technologies of the completed works;
- Management of a team of employees, distribution of work, keeping records of employees' work, control of the quantity and quality of work performed by subcontractors;
- Compilation of work performance schedules and their execution control, solutions and coordination of other technical issues;
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements;
- Ensuring timely and orderly management of construction documentation
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher technical education in the field of construction engineering;
- Knowledge of work safety requirements, construction processes;
- 2 or more years of experience as a construction manager in general construction works;
- Certificate of qualification entitling to perform the position of construction manager (advantage);
- Ability to make decisions independently, responsibility;
- Excellent organizational, communication and time planning skills, ability to effectively organize activities and lead a team;
- knowledge of the Russian language (required);
- Possibility to work on business trips in Lithuania;
- Driver's licence B category.
