We are looking for a new Construction Manager to join our team. Specifics and scope of work: flat roof covering and co-construction works.
Nature of work
- Supervise the construction works in the designated facilities and ensure their completion on time;
- Organize and control the construction work performed by the workers on the site;
- To ensure the quality of construction works in accordance with technological requirements;
- Fill out the documentation related to the execution and maintenance of construction works;
- Ensure compliance with worker safety and health, fire safety requirements in the construction facility;
- To control the quantities of materials and completed work, to prepare acts of completed work.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of the construction field;
- Higher/higher engineering education;
- Certificate of qualification, giving the right to perform the duties of a special construction manager
- Work experience as a construction manager, you are able to effectively plan and organize work;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Organizational abilities, responsibility, initiative;
- Ability to work independently and manage teams;
- Russian language skills are an advantage.
