Construction Work Manager

Supervision and coordination of ongoing construction works (sloped roofs and ventilated facades) in the facility, planning of execution according to calendar schedules;
Control of subordinate workers in the facility;
Accounting of completed work quantities;
Completing construction documentation;
Accounting of material quantities, selection of materials from design documentation, formation of orders for materials and mechanisms, control of material output;
Registration and archiving of declarations and certificates in the facility;
Participation in production meetings of the facility.

Higher/higher construction/engineering education;
Computer literacy;
Driver's license;
Work planning and organization skills, initiative, independence, negotiation skills;
Analogous work experience.
