We are engaged in the construction of renovation and new construction projects of multi-apartment residential houses, development of investment projects.
We are currently looking for an ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER(S)!
We are currently looking for an ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER(S)!
You will be responsible for:
- Preparation and administration of documents and various object documentation.
- Participation in production meetings, communication with responsible construction participants.
- Analysis of project documentation, calculation/checking of quantities of materials and works, reading and analysis of drawings.
- Search for necessary materials, works, services, organization of purchases.
- Checking the acts of subcontractors, whether they correspond to the quantities and rates stipulated in the contract.
- Completing construction journals.
- Preparation of additional work estimates and additional agreements to contracts.

- You know construction processes.
- You are able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation.
- You know construction technical documents and regulations.
- You have at least 2 years of similar work experience.
- You are good at solving problems on your own.

Salary
2300-2500 €/mon. gross
