Construction company is looking for - Lawyer(s)

Prepare and evaluate the company's contracts, subcontracts, purchase-sale, lease, service contracts and other legal documents, provide related proposals and conclusions;
Control the company's contracts with customers and contractors;
Contribute to the optimization and development of the company's processes related to legal issues;
Ensure prevention of legal disputes or proceedings;
Ensure the company's compliance with legal acts in the field of personal data protection;
Identify and manage legal risks related to the company's activities;
To respond to environmental innovations in the legal field to ensure the interests of the company;
To represent the company in courts and in relations with other entities.

You have obtained a university legal education
Has at least 1 year of work experience in the field of commercial law (experience in construction, real estate would be an advantage);
Has experience in the field of personal data protection;
It is characterized by flexibility in finding a mutually optimal solution;
Has good analytical and strong legal reasoning skills;
Learn to argue orally and in writing and justify the decisions made;
Able to work both independently and in a team;
