Nature of work
- Compile and analyze construction works (general construction and special works) estimates;
- Examining and analyzing design and technical documentation;
- Prepare acts of construction works;
- Survey of suppliers of services and materials, analysis of proposals, communication and negotiations (written and verbal) with suppliers.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in similar work (preparation of estimates);
- Higher technical/engineering/construction education
- Good computer skills (estimate calculation programs SES, MS Excel, MS Word);
- Knowledge of clerical requirements;
- Knowledge of construction processes;
- Diligence, attentiveness, organization.
Salary
1500-2000 €/mon. net
