Nature of work
Preparation, completion and examination of construction project documentation in Swedish facilities (Skone, Gothenburg, Stockholm regions);
Preparation for the construction object: planning, analysis of drawings, preparation of the installation schedule;
Execution of installation work, delegation of tasks to brigades, ensuring and control of work safety at the facility;
Cooperation with construction managers and employees of company departments;
Control of contractual obligations, budget execution;
Continuous process improvement is an integral part of the job.

Employee requirements
Higher education in the field of construction (can be a final year student);
Knowledge of the construction process, experience of similar work;
Planning and prioritization skills, diligence, independence and a strong sense of responsibility;
Computer literacy (Excel, Word, AutoCAD);
Knowledge of foreign languages (English, Swedish - an advantage);
