Nature of work
- Analysis of received tender materials and technical documentation, cost calculation;
- Compilation of project estimates based on initial project information and technical requirements;
- Compilation of lists of construction works and materials and machinery needs;
- Communication with suppliers and subcontractors.
Employee requirements
- Higher engineering education (in the field of construction engineering);
- Experience in similar work would be an advantage;
- Ability to read, analyze projects and technical documentation, make estimates;
- Quick orientation to changes;
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, independence, awareness of subordination;
- Knowledge of clerical and document management rules;
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
