Main responsibilities:
- Cost analysis and evaluation of construction projects;
- Preparation of estimates for construction projects according to the provided specifications;
- Preparation of tender construction project estimates and documentation;
- Assessment and analysis of the scope of works, quantities of materials to implement projects;
- Providing proposals and recommendations regarding design, technical solutions and cost optimization;
- Cooperation with the responsible employees of the construction department.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher/higher technical/engineering education (can be a final year student);
- Experience in creating construction project estimates;
- Ability to analyze technical documentation;
- Knowledge of construction processes;
- Responsibility, attention to details, analytical thinking;
- Good computer skills (MS Office package);
- Experience with SISTELA or similar program.
