CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER

Nature of work

  • To conduct tenders for subcontractors, preliminary negotiations, draw up tender tables;
  • Manage object documentation according to the procedure approved by the company;
  • Take care of subcontractors' documents (certificates, orders, guarantees, etc.) to be submitted;
  • Submit object documentation to the company archive after object completion;
  • Check the acts of subcontractors whether they correspond to the quantities and rates stipulated in the contract;
  • Prepare a contractor selection plan;
  • Prepare construction contractor circulars, work estimates and additional agreements to contracts;
  • Perform economic calculations/reports of the object;
  • Prepare letters for contractors, institutions;

Employee requirements

  • Construction engineering education;
  • Experience in a real estate development or general contracting company
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Ability to work with Microsoft office programs;
  • Ability to work with the Autocad program;
  • Organizational skills, responsibility, initiative, ambition.
