● Coordination of design solutions, obtaining construction permits;
● Participation in the preparation of project applications;
● Effective planning of the progress of construction works and ensuring control of deadlines;
● Ensuring clear communication with project partners;
● Preparation of activity plans, reports and other documents, coordination of documentation movement;
● Management of project documentation according to established requirements;
● Working with databases and other information systems for project administration;
● Cooperation with architects and state institutions;
● Coordination of decisions with state institutions;
● Adding objects.

● Higher education in the field of construction engineering;
● Ability to work in AutoCAD;
● Successful work experience in the field of real estate - 5 years. (NT project development, management);

● Ability to defend one's position;
● Successfully implemented projects of multi-apartment residential houses;
● Ability to independently organize one's activities, solve problems, make decisions;
● Knowledge of the English language.
● Ability to work in AutoCAD;
