What your working day will look like:
- Manage residential, hotel and commercial building projects;
- Manage design work;
- You will create project schedules, budgets and manage them;
- You will be responsible for the selection of construction contractors, conclusion of contracts;
- I will add completed objects to institutions.
What do we expect?
- Higher education in the field of construction;
- Experience in working with foreign partners and suppliers;
- Negotiation skills;
- Excellent English;
- At least two years of experience in developing projects of special structures;
- Knowledge of construction legal and technical regulations;
- Initiative, good management skills.
