Together with the team, you will take care of the property - existing structures and their engineering systems:
- Prepare technical specifications, work orders, organize public procurement and conclusion of contracts with contractors, contractors' arrival at facilities, supervise construction and repair work, decide on the quality of the work performed, compliance of the estimate with market prices, i.e. t.;
- I will organize and control the implementation of services provided by suppliers, and you will be responsible for accepting the services provided or the work performed;
- You will manage the accounts and check their compliance with the work done;
- I organize the execution of public procurements, cost control, problem management and resolution related to the implementation of the functions assigned to you.
To be successful, you will need:
- Higher or higher technical education;
- At least 2 years of experience in construction, building maintenance in a similar position;
- Good computer and MS Office skills;
- Knowledge of public procurement processes;
- Independence, honesty, orientation to the result, organization, initiative, communication, mobility and ability to work in a team;
- Work with "Sistela" and "Autocad" programs;
- Driver's license (category B).
