Nature of work:
- Development of construction projects
- Management of design processes
- Compilation, control and effective resource management of project budgets and calendar work schedules
- Analysis of rational constructive, technical solutions
- Organization of works performed by construction participants
- Communication with state institutions in solving issues related to project development
- Timely preparation of project development reports
Requirements:
- 5 years + experience in large-scale project management (from EUR 6 million without VAT)
- Knowledge of legislation governing design and construction
- Ability to plan, coordinate own and partner's work
- Ability to work with AutoCAD, MS PROJECT, MS OFFICE programs
- Certificate of qualification, giving the right to perform the duties of a construction manager or building technical maintenance - an advantage
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages
