RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the company in construction projects throughout Lithuania
  • Ensure project budget and construction execution plan management
  • Ensure proper selection and management of subcontractors, materials and equipment
  • Effectively plan and organize the progress of construction works and ensure control of deadlines
  • Plan and analyze the financial indicators of the project and ensure their implementation
  • Ensure the implementation of the technological requirements of the construction of the project
  • Cooperate with the client on project management issues
  • Administer project documentation

WE HOPE YOU HAVE:

  • At least 3 years of successful work experience in construction project management
  • Higher engineering education and a certificate of qualification, giving the right to hold the position of a construction manager of a special structure (structures: engineering networks: water supply and sewage disposal; engineering structures for other purposes (sewage treatment structures))
  • Public procurement experience (advantage)
  • Knowledge of the management of the project's financial indicators, the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulate the construction of the structure
  • MS Office 365, Autocad, MS Project skills
  • Orientation to the result, effective planning and management of construction works
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Driver's license (category B)
