OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Tendering of construction subcontractors, preparation and administration of contracts
- Creation and control of calendar construction execution schedules and budgets
- Coordination of project solutions with other company departments
- Construction documentation management, verification, finding rational solutions
- Adding objects to institutions and clients
- Anticipation of project risks, selection of management tools

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years experience in construction project management
- Ability to manage a team, subcontractors
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies, "reading" of drawings, ability to analyze estimates
- Higher education in construction/engineering and/or management (required)
- Understanding of project finances (flow planning, profitability calculation, comparison of options, etc.)
- Experience working with MS Project or other project management programs
- Communication, planning and negotiation skills, good time management
