For large-scale projects, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for making the entire project run like clockwork: you will need to plan, manage the team, communicate with different parties, monitor the progress of the project, solve problems and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Main Responsibilities:

- Coordination and management of project works;
- Initiation and coordination of project changes;
- Internal Project budget control;
- Management of project team employees;
- Submission of completed projects to customers and state supervisory authorities;
- Representation of the company in communication with customers, designers;
- Representation of the company in communication with subcontractors;
- Continuous participation in the planning of the company's activities.
What do we expect from you:
- Not less than 5 years old. work experience in project management (construction sector);
- Work experience with large-scale construction projects (project value more than EUR 10 million) would be a great advantage;
- Higher education in construction engineering;
- Knowledge of construction technological processes;
- category B driver's license;
- Excellent skills in planning, organizing, negotiating and communicating, solving tasks and/or problems and conflict situations;
- Impeccable Lithuanian language (good knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage);
- Good computer skills (MS Office).

Salary
2300-3300 €/mon. net
Salary will depend on your work experience and performance and will be further discussed and agreed during negotiations.
