Tasks and responsibilities
- Formulate tasks for construction managers, project engineers, work control;
- Coordinate the preparation of design and technical documentation;
- Maintain close relations with main subcontractors, conduct negotiations;
- Prepare project reports;
- Plan the project budget, efficient allocation of resources, search for the most optimal engineering solutions;
- Communicate with state institutions.
We hope you:
- You have an engineering education (road engineering - an advantage) and a certificate of a special structural construction manager;
- You know the technology of construction processes (road construction is an advantage);
- You have construction work management experience (road construction - an advantage);
- You have at least 3 years of project management experience;
- You are a leader and have organizational skills;
- You are result-oriented, responsible, proactive.
- You know English and Russian, you work with the Microsoft Office package.
