Nature of work
Organize and execute industrial projects, according to approved project documentation and work execution schedules in construction facilities.

The project manager will be responsible for:
- Supervise construction works in designated facilities and ensure their timely completion:
- Organize and control construction work performed by workers;
- Formulate tasks for work managers, project engineers, work control;
- Coordinate the preparation of design and technical documentation;
- Maintain close relations with main subcontractors, conduct negotiations;
- Prepare project reports;
- Plan the project budget, efficient allocation of resources, search for the most optimal engineering solutions;
Employee requirements
- Certificate of a special building construction manager.;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in facilities related to industrial construction;
- Analytical thinking, result orientation, responsibility, initiative, ability to assume, delegate tasks and responsibilities, cooperate with various people;
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies, legal acts, their practical application;
- Driver's licence B category.
