We are a general contracting company implementing multi-apartment, public, storage, industrial, etc. projects. large-scale building construction projects in the Lithuanian market. Currently, we are actively growing by expanding the portfolio of ongoing projects and invite a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Klaipėda!

WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:

  • Implementation of construction projects from the start of construction until the construction is recognized as suitable
  • Analysis of design documentation, control of materials and work quantities and search for rational solutions
  • Effective planning of the progress of construction works and ensuring control of deadlines
  • Controlling and ensuring the implementation of financial indicators of projects
  • Cooperation with customers, designers, construction managers
  • Preparation and submission of necessary documentation
  • Organize the selection of subcontractors before signing the contract and their management
  • Control of handover of completed construction objects to relevant authorities

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:

  • Higher/advanced construction/engineering education
  • Ability to read and analyze projects and technical documentation
  • Excellent knowledge of construction technological processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills, ability to independently organize activities and lead a team
  • Responsibility, honesty, ability to promptly solve the problems and make decisions
