Nature of work
- Conclusion of contracts with customers, their execution and control until payment;
- Organize and control project preparation work, ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- Ensure the supply of the project with necessary materials and equipment, control the delivery of materials and equipment;
- Control of execution of construction work deadlines;
- Preparation and management of technical documentation, reading drawings;
- Ensuring work safety and work quality;
- Manage and control the finances and terms of the assigned construction object;
- Active communication with existing customers.
Employee requirements
- You have a higher construction education and a valid qualification certificate;
- Ability to systematically organize work;
- Coordinate the work of construction objects;
- Good computer skills (especially MS Excel, MS Word);
- Good Lithuanian and Russian language skills (other languages are an advantage);
- Driver's license and a car (work in the office and trips to objects - would be an advantage).
