Nature of work:
- Planning, organization and supervision of construction works at the construction site.
- Control of the quality of construction work and compliance with the schedule.
- Ensuring compliance with construction site regulations.
- Cooperation with subcontractors and control of the execution of their works.
- Cooperation with customers and technical supervisors.
- Preparation of documentation related to construction execution and maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety requirements in the construction site.
Requirements:
- Have a higher engineering education.
- Have a certificate of qualification, giving the right to perform the duties of a construction manager of a special structure.
- Have at least 2 years of similar work experience.
- Be able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of construction processes.
- Have good knowledge of the rules of clerical and document preparation and be able to work with MS Office basic programs.
- To be able to solve problems independently.
- Have a category B driver's license.
