Your main tasks will be:
Planning, organization, distribution and maintenance of construction works at the construction site
Verification of project solutions
Control of the quality of construction work and compliance with the schedule
Resource planning and control
Communication with subcontractors and control of the quality and deadlines of the works performed by them
Ensuring compliance with the requirements of safety and health of workers, fire safety in the construction site
Ensuring compliance with construction site regulations
Preparation and control of documentation related to execution and maintenance of construction works

We hope you:
You have a higher education (in the field of construction).
You have at least 2 years of successful work experience in a similar position
You have a certificate of qualification entitling you to the position of a special construction manager
You know technological and general construction processes
You are able to analyze and evaluate projects and technical documentation
You plan, organize and manage activities well, you are characterized by responsibility, independence, cooperation and result orientation
You are able to manage complex situations, make quick decisions
You are fluent in basic MS Office applications
You have at least 2 years of successful work experience in a similar position
You have a certificate of qualification entitling you to the position of a special construction manager
