Nature of work
Implement projects from the start of construction until the building is recognized as suitable for use;
Control and ensure the compliance of the ongoing processes with the design requirements of the structure;
Ensure that the processes carried out in the facility comply with the technology of work execution and quality assurance requirements;
Manage and supervise construction works carried out by subcontractors;
Control material and machinery orders;
Coordinate the activities of work managers;
Ensure compliance with work safety and environmental requirements.

Employee requirements
Higher technical education in the field of construction engineering;
3 or more years of construction manager experience;
Certificate of qualification, entitling to hold the position of construction manager;
Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
Excellent English oral and written knowledge;
Work AutoCad program;
Ability to work both in a team and independently.
