MANAGER OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS
We are looking for a communicative, energetic construction manager. The main activity of the company is reclamation, construction, road construction, engineering networks.
Job description:

• Organizing, controlling, motivating the work of workers (a team of about 5-20 people);
  
• Time and quality control of work performance;
  
• Determining the need for materials, their control and accounting;
  
• Keeping records of employees' working hours;
  
• Responsibility for the safety and health of employees;
  

Requirements:

• Higher technical, engineering education (advantage – road, construction engineering);
  
• Work experience in an analogous or similar position in bridge construction companies;
  
• Experience in organizing the work of employees (our own or subcontractors);
  
• Responsibility, communication, ability to promptly solve the problems;
  
• Advantage - a certificate of qualification, giving the right to perform the duties of a special construction manager;
  

The company offers permanent work, all social guarantees, work car, telephone, salary from €1800 in hand.
